Bowhouse Public Picnic & Wildlife Area

The Applicant proposes to make improvements to an area adjacent to the new play park by installing benches and picnic Tables to encourage greater use of the park by Families and visitors to the area.
The project also includes signs which describe to the Picnic area the use of the “IPlay” facility in the adjacent playpark area, allowing increased amenity through the exisitng facility.
The Project proposes to implement a section of Wildlife fringe planting along one of the fences to increase the amenity of the site to both Users (ie Aesthetically) and to Wildlife (Increased Biodiversity).
