BPRCVS Heating Up and Going Up!

Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale Council for Voluntary Service (BPRCVS) offer much needed support for disadvantaged people from their building. A more efficient boiler is required to ensure that the building is warm and welcoming and a new lift is required so that access to their services is maintained.
