Brentwood Centre Solar Photovoltaic System Installation

Brentwood Leisure Trust is a not for profit company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. The Brentwood Centre is leased from Brentwood Borough Council and provides an extensive range of recreational, sporting and leisure time activities to the surrounding community.
The Centre houses a swimming pool, sports hall, beach volleyball and soccer pitches and, with the events it promotes, is visited by an estimated 750,000 members of the public a year.
The project is to reduce the Centre’s carbon footprint by installing a 547 panel photovoltaic array on the roof which will provide up to 11% of their current daytime use of electricity.
