Brerachan – Northern Hay Meadow

Brerachan Meadows reserve is a small resrve only measuring 0.4ha. The reserve is however a northern hay meadow and therefore is of extreme scarcity. The project is to cut the meadow twice yearly and remove of waste, which is essential to maintain the meadow’s diversity and to inhibit scrub invasion and meadowsweet.
