To increase physical access and enhance and extend the provision of arts facilities to reach bigger and broader audiences. To maximise revenue from cafe and craftshop to be able to fund an expansion of the in-house and outreach education programmes. Ultimately to encourage more people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the arts
