Construction of 2 x external disabled access ramps with railings, extending height of perimeter boundary wall including access security gates and resurfacing of external hard standing to provide 2 – 4 exclusive disabled car parking spaces with relevant marking and signage for all constructions.

In a January letter from the Entrust senior registrar we were asked to confirm why certain work from our first project with Entrust was not completed with the funding allocated, and to provide details of the work that the funding did manage to cover.
Briefly, the funding covered –
1) internal works to existing walls and doors and the construction of a new disabled bathroom and all anciliary work, plumbing, drainage and electrics. 2) the replacement of all glazing in the building and making good where some windows were removed altogether. 3) the manufacture and fitting of external security guards to all glazed units.Other costs involved were the removal of waste from site, painting and decoration etc
