Bridging The Gap

Creating a walkway between the main land of the centre and Taylor Island, to allow better and improved use of the island, as well as allowing us to maintain it more easily. The walkway will be a hinged bridge that when not in operation as a bridge will provide pontoon access and launching facilities to allow boats to access that river easily and safely. This will provide much better fully accessible access to our island and to the river – save our wheelchair users getting wet bottoms!
