Bridgwater Arts Centre Stage 1 Upgrade/ Development

Upgrade and develop existing downstairs spaces so they can accommodate increased community use/ footfall. In particular, increase the display and hanging space in the Gallery and upgrade lighting. Upgrade the Courtyard Garden so that it serves as another user space.
