Bright Park, Liverpool – Park improvements

Bright Park is a 6-acre public park in the heart of Knotty Ash, in urban East Liverpool. Over the past 18 months, community use has increased as people have been looking to enjoy safe outdoor spaces. To build on this growth in community engagement the project will refurbish the small portacabin on site to make a hub for volunteers, and will add a new landmark entrance gate to improve visibility and welcome, install information signboards, improve pathways and add benches and waste bins. The project will also increase site safety, primarily through improved fencing to deter vandalism and illegal activity when the park is closed.
