Redistribution of surplus fresh food from retailers & wholesalers to disadvantaged groups. This registration covers those elements relating to education and dissemintation of information about sustainable waste management only. It is recommended that a record of flows of sources, amounts and distribution etc of foods is kept and a record kept of how individiuals both involved in the project and the general public were informed and educated on sustainable waste management. This information should remain in the project files, ENTRUST may wish to see evidence of this.
