To renovate and bring back to life Heaton Terrace Bowling Park after 5 years of being unused and neglected, including restoring the grass playing surface, the pavilion and the surrounding areas. Also the purchase of all necessary equipment and greens maintenance products to do the tasks required, including the installation of a sprinkler irrigation system.
