Brodsworth Way Community Pavilion

This project would enable the Pavilion to be renovated and refurbished into a vibrant community space not just for those on the south side of the village but the whole village.
Works include:
 to renovate the male, female and disable toilets to include baby changing facilities.
 To expand, renovate and refurbish the kitchen.
 To remove internal none load bearing walls to create better bookable rooms.
 To install a new boiler and central heating system to be more cost-effective and efficient.
 Replastering and painting of walls and ceilings
 Install Karndene flooring throughout as more robust and hygienic.
 New main entrance door porch .
 Create a new rear entrance directly to the shower/changing room facilities for sports groups.
 New electric sockets, lights, sensor lights and broadband.
 Boarding out and shelving of the huge loft space to create much needed storage.
 New staircase to the loft.
 Create an outside seating area.
 Perimeter fencing to create a safe and secure outside space.
 Electrical shutters to divide rooms to create smaller or larger bookable rooms.
 Install a sound system throughout the building.
