Broom village hall

The rebuilding of a 1938 timber construction hall to provide a modern, brick built, multi functional facility. The existing hall only has basic amenities (one room, poor toilet and kitchen facilities, poor electrics and heating system). It is costly to run and has limited use – a purpose built hall will widen the scope of activities that can be provided.
