Brotton Village Hall Refurbishment

To refurbish the welfare facilities for the benefit of public users. Replace the old central heating boiler to reduce carbon emissions and air circulation / extractor system. Install roller shutters to 4 external doors for security improvement and reduce vandalism. These refurbishments will enable the Hall to increase public usage to over 500 people.
