Bryn Marsh Reedbed Project

To improve, revitalise and enlarge the Bryn Marsh reedbed at the Wigan Flashes. This will involve bed lowering, ditching and creating openwater areas within the reedbed area. Some minor scrub removal will be required. This will benefit the bittern and other reedbed wildlife. Access to enjoy the wildlife attracted by the work will also be developed in the form of a birdwatching screen and path
