Buckingham Hyde Lane Lock Restoration

Restoration of Hyde Lane Lock, Buckinghamshire Canal (LNR) -0.3ha. Following refurbishment of the structure, the society plans to further improve the lock through adding recycled gates so that its original function is clearly demonstrated and to continue to maintain and improve the environs of the lock and the adjacent public footpath. An interpretation board will be erected to provide information for the public. In the longer term it is planned to restore the lock to full working order.
