Building a Tennis Clubroom

We wish to construct a weatherproof tennis clubroom to replace the car port we currently use alongside our 3 tennis courts. The tennis club has flourished over the past 3 years and has approx. 70 junior and 60 adult members playing on the 3 floodlit courts. Last year the club boasted 16 junior and senior teams in local leagues, matching the largest clubs in the County in this regard, particularly with regard to the junior teams.

As a result the club plays all year round so we urgently need a tennis clubroom for coaches, players, spectators and parents to use, especially during winter, inclement weather and dark evenings.
