Building Groundwork and Construction for Conservation Grazing at White House Farm Wildlife Site

White House Farm Wildlife Site has over 100 acres of species-rich lowland meadows (BAP Priority Habitat), rough grassland and improved grassland, woodland, and recreated areas of wood pasture, all of which are stock fenced and accessible for grazing which is key to successful grassland management. This project will provide a mixed livestock building which will support the current conservation grazing regime and enable the introduction of a range of livestock for combination grazing to benefit the varied grassland habitats. This will help achieve optimal grazing outcomes for encouraging greater biodiversity at the site.
