Building of a New Community Hall

The existing village hall is 106 years old and very cold and drafty. The toilets require updating without any disabled toilet or baby changing facilities. We shall build a new hall with all the latest facilities which current building standards require. The hall shall accommodate up to 180 people in the main hall with a smaller committee room which will have soundproof doors opening into the main hall. An office will also be built for committee records etc and the use by the local mobile Post Office. A fully equipped kitchen will be provided for social functions. The area is very remote and it is hoped to provide facilities for both old and young.
