Burn O’ Fochabers Woodlands – Flood Restoration and Refurbishment Works

The September 2009 flood caused major damage to the Woodland and Burn to such an extent that urgent extensive work is now required to be undertaken covering the following activities 1)Felling of Potentially Dangerous Trees,2)Removal of Timber,3)Planting of a mixture of Local Tree Species,4)Re-instatement of damaged footpaths,5)Thinning / Small scale regeneration felling 6)Footpath upgrade for all mobility access,7) Fence repairs,8)Safety Remedial work,9) Provision of picnic tables & seats.
