Burscough Methodist Church - Community Redevelopment Scheme

The project aims to modernise the interior and exterior of the church building and transform it from a 19th century chapel into a 21st century multi-use community facility and worship space. The project involves a complete refurbishment and renovation and providing us with a smaller sanctuary, a reception / foyer area and a mezzanine floor to be used for meetings and other activities. This will result in a warm and welcoming building. The improved insulation and more cost effective heating and lighting will upgrade our facilities and reduce running costs. Overall, this will give us a building that will mean we are able to host many more community activities and welcome more people into our premises.
