Buxton Park Bowling Club - Railings Project

The Bowling Club is part of the Buxton Cricket Bowling and Tennis Club. There are various railings round the bowling green, some of which are in need of repair, all of which are old and “tatty”. They do not give a positive impression to the casual visitor and there is a concern that some are becoming unsafe.

The project is to replace all these railings with new wrought iron ones, of a uniform style, colour, quality and safety standard.

The Club is forward thinking with a sound membership. The Club committee realises that the completion of this project would be an important factor in improving the appearance of the Club generally and attracting these new members and occasional visitors.
