Cadbury Hall Heating & Efficiency Upgrade

The aim is to transform our community building into a modern energy-efficient one that provides a warm comfortable environment for all users in cold weather, and reduces energy costs significantly, thereby helping maintain low user hire charges. We will achieve this by: 1. Installing much more efficient and effective heating/cooling systems in two sections of the building using electric heater/cooler units. 2. Installing an air-to-water air source heat pump renewable heating system in the other two sections of the building. 3. Installing a renewable energy Solar Thermal water heating system for hot water. 4. Replacing the last nine remaining single-glazed windows with efficient A-energy rated, Planitherm, Argon-filled doubleglazed window units.
