Cafe West Roof Refurbishment & Energy Conservation

The aim is to remove the current installation & re-roof in accordance with current building standards, upgrading the levels of insulation also to achieve greater energy conservation & comply, as a minimum, with current standards, so that the Café West facility is a secure & safe environment to enable the sustained provision or health & well-being services to a disadvantaged community.
