Cairde Community Garden and Allotment Project

Cairde is in the process of developing a large community based allotment which will entail the provision of 80 to 100 allotment sites. Cairde have secured the lease of the land for 25 years off Strabane District Council.
the group has received additional funding from the Investing for Health programme to erect the security fencing for the site. The Group are now seeking funding for the final stage of the development, this entails erecting of two additional Polly Tunels, provision of top soil and tools for the participants.
The community garden aspect of the project will be a large outdoor communal area. See extra info for more details
