Caistor Town Hall Restoration

Town hall refurbishment and development.

The project is aimed at improving the fabric of the building and enhancing facilities and flexibility provided at the Town Hall. At present, the building is used by a number of local groups, societies and agencies etc. but there are opportunities to meet add ional demand from local and regional community and commercial organisations.

The Town Hall has advantages of location, size, access and parking, but facilities offered by the Town Hall & Arts Centre will need to be improved and made more flexible to ensure that the wider community has access to a range of activities and interests for all gender, age and community groups. Current facilities are restrictive and outdated to meet this demand.
