Calverton – James Seely Park Play Area Refurbishment

The work will include complete removal of all the old wooden play equipment that has in the past been the target of a number of arson attacks. The installation of all new equipment which will comprise a multi use play tower, lower slide and climbing combination, a range of swings, spring riders, and a roundabout, covering the full aspects of play, balanced for all age groups up to young teens. The first phase of the redevelopment has already completed, where the applicants have installed a large climbing net frame and twin zip wires for the older children. The applicants wish to provide a modern, long lasting play park that will accommodate children of all ages.
