Cambo path project – Cambo Badger Trail

The objective is to provide wheelchair access to an extensive area of the woodlands at Cambo Estate. This area is used for woodland arts workshops, bird watching, snowdrops by starlight (an illuminated woodland trail through the snowdrop woods) and will soon be used to provide badger watching. The paths throughout the woodlands at Cambo are coated with bark chips which is fine for the able bodied visitors but unsuitable for use by wheelchair users and for those people with mobility problems.
