Camperdown Avenue Open Space Improvements

This project will transform a tired and run down grassed area in Chester le Street into a pleasant, attractive and user friendly space for the whole community. Works will include removal of an old play area base, creation of an accessible footpath loop around the site, installation of street furniture and signage/ interpretation, planting, access improvements and creation of informal play opportunities.
