Canford Park Sports- Synthetic Turf Pitch Magna Road, Poole, Additional Facilities

The STP was built using LCF funds provided by Canford Environmental. The Planning Permission was obtained by Poole Town Football Club along with Permission to relocate their stadium onto adjacent land. The STP intended to make use of the PTFC facilities for changing, shelter, toilets and a teaching/coaching room. Unfortunately the re-location of the stadium has not progressed. In the short term Canford Park Sports changing rooms for their natural turf pitches have been used but it has proved to be unsatisfactory and there are safeguarding issues for children using the STP. The project is to provide those facilities which are now lacking in some used re-locatable Cabin buildings.
