Canvey Wick Carder Bees

This project will carry out habitat improvements at Canvey Wick to protect and maintain populations of UK BAP species shrill carder bees. An intensive programme of scrub and tree clearance is essential in order to restore the required conditions and improve habitats for this rare bee species and associated ground flora.
