Cardiff Green Gym

The Cardiff Green Gym will focus on the Forest Farm Nature Reserve, Hailey Park and the community gardens at the Forest Farm conservation centre. The aim will be to increase biodiversity, enhance the public experience of the sites in terms of access. education and enjoyment.
This will include:
1. Increase biodiversity and improve green spaces for recreational use.
2. Involve the community in the development and management of green spaces.
3. Improve individuals health and fitness
4. Engage individuals who are socially or economically disadvantaged.
5. Improve the practical and organisational skills of individuals and local community groups
