Carfin Lourdes Grotto Improvements

Carfin Grotto is a national shrine that was built by volunteers and opened in 1922. There are about 15 acres of landscaped garden and parkland. Use of the area is limited during the evening due to poor lighting, vandalism and anti social behaviour. This project seekst to install additional energy efficient lighting and CCTV in order to address these issues.
