Carlisle Railway Club Disabled Access

The aim of the project is to increase wheelchair access to the building by providing a disabled toilet. All of the building is on one level with adequate door access but there is not an accessible toilet. The project will convert an existing toilet area and include a changing bench suitable for adults as well as children.
