Carlton Marshes Visitor Access

Carlton Marshes, run by the Suffolk Wildlife Trust, lies in the Waveney Valley at the southern tip of the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads and comprises over 100 acres of grazing marsh, fens and peat pools. The purpose of the project will be to provide an alternative more sustainable route to access the reserve. The project involves laying 862 metres of easy access and unrestricted path to enable residents of Lowestoft greater access to a natural environment on their door step.
