Carlton Village Hall Jubilee Improvements

The project aims to upgrade the building in preparation for the planned extension. This will involve creating a new kitchen, developing the old kitchen into a meeting room, upgrade the toilets and make them accessible for people with disabilities, install a ramp outside and replace the boundary fence.
