Carno Green Village

Used for capital costs of energy efficiency, green heating and electricity in Carno Village Community Centre. The wider Carno Green Village project comprises a complete energy audit, an energy awareness campaign, energy efficiency training for care workers, teachers and other health professionals, home energy checks and maximum insulation measures. The community centre is very much the heart of the village and heating is inefficient, so is an ideal location for including green energy, reducing co2, developing community wood supply from sawmills and alleviating fuel poverty.
