Carterton Community centre energy efficiency improvements

To increase energy efficiency by implementing the recommendations of an energy audit report; the work will involve installing point of use water heaters and upgrading and improving the Building Managent system to ensure it works to maximum efficiency by controling heating times and temperatures.
