Castle Grange Play Park – Maintenance and Development

* To continue the preservation and development of this amenity within castle grange estate and the community of dundonald for the benefit of all children and their families.
* To support and further develop the biodiversity within the park by preserving the recently planted trees, shrubs and wild flowers, thereby encouraging wildlife to return to this fairly new development.

To date the maintenance and development of the play park has involved the purchase and planting of 500 plus saplings, the purchase of temporary fencing and the improvement of drainage around the play equipment. The next phase is to remove the rusting temporary fencing at the entrance to the play park and replace it with more suitable permanent fencing, thereby greatly improving the appearance and safety of the park.

This phase will also include the purchase of bench seats.
