Castle Road Safety Railings, Phase 2, Pucklechurch PC, Shortwood

The project is to replace the existing post and tube fencing between the recreation field and Castle Road with bow top railings for added safety, thus completing what has thus far been a very successful project that has been extremely well received by the local community.The section of the fence that the applicant is looking to replace runs in front of the main football pitch, which is in constant use by local children and visiting teams. Bow top railings will improve safety by preventing footballs and children from running in to the road.
