Castlemilk Woodlands

Work in the Historic Castlemilk landsape, home to 14,000 people, including the woodland areas and associated open spaces to bring them into management and ensure their protection by producing a holistic, sustainable management plan. This will include habitat creation, access work, and biodiversity projects. The Trust has been working in Castlemilk for the last 10 years to ensure environmental concerns are not left out of the regeneration by working in the open spaces of Castlemilk Local people will be involved in the decision making process as well as volunteering and training giving a sense of ownership to the local population
