Catforth Memorial Village Hall Refurbishment Phase 4

The project is the 4th phase (2017) of the Memorial Hall Committee’s 5 year plan (2014-2018) in commemoration of the 100th anniversaries of the start and end of World War 1 and includes three main elements. First, replacement of the very old oil central heating boiler, the external to hall pipework and replacement of external oil tank including full flushing of existing internal pipework and radiators. Secondly, replacement of old kitchen units with new units with more storage and to build in currently free standing fridges. Thirdly, resolution of several small areas of damp in external walls in kitchen, toilets and bowling room.
