With increasing overhead costs the church may have to consider asking for a fixed fee or an increase in donations for the use of the building, to try to prevent this and to ensure that the building is available for use by the community, the church wishes to insulate the walls of the building to make it more energy efficient and so hiring costs to a minimum.
