Cemetery, Heath and Reach - Improvements

The project will restore and enhance the biodiversity value of Heath and Reach Cemetery, involving: . Site clearance, plus restoration and extension of the meadow and grassed area. . Tree management, including tree surgery, sycamore removal and planting local tree species. . Undertaking hedgerow maintenance, reducing holly and replacing with species such as blackthorn and hawthorn. . Building and erecting bat and bird boxes, providing other suitable nesting/ roosting areas, and creating designated wild areas such as nettle beds.
