To improve the appeal and as a result the usage of Todenham Village Hall by replacing the existing outdated, inefficient and wasteful heating and hot water system with a more convenient, controllable and energy efficient oil fired central heating and hot water system. The present method of heating and providing hot water for the kitchen and toilets is by means of electric wall and immersion heaters supplemented by portable gas bottle heaters
