Changing Facility for Thatcham Tennis Courts

Build a changing facility for use by both general public & Thatcham Tennis Club. Result will be enhanced facility to increase youth & adult useage & allow the expanding club junior membership to compete in summer & winter LTA Leagues & receive LTA coaching
