Changing Room Roof Replacement, Netherton Cricket Club, Dudley

This is a project to re-roof the existing changing room facility at Netherton Cricket Club. The current roof is leaking and in a poor condition. It was originally a galvanized iron pavilion, built in 1897. Over the years it has been altered and adapted to meet modern day needs. Efforts have been made in recent years to patch the roof without success. Water leakage through the rusted metal roof is severely damaging the plasterboard ceiling. The iron-clad roof needs replacing with a tile-clad roof (to match the adjoining tea room) before it becomes a health and safety danger to the club’s users.
