Charlton Memorial Hall – Insulation

The applicants need to improve the energy efficiency of the main hall by increasing the level of insulation in the roof. To achieve this, they will remove the current false ceiling with polystyrene tiles to ‘open up’ the roof space and will also improve the lighting in the hall which will benefit the users.
