Chatsworth Community Arts Centre

The refurbishment and extension of the former Duchess Theatre at Long Eaton which was razed to the ground in 2003, including the building of a link between two existing buildings, complete refurbishment of the buildings and the installation of retractable seating in the main hall to increase the versatility of the space for use by theatre and community groups.
