Chelmsford Chelmers Village Hall Upgrading

The modernisation & improvement to village hall including enhancement of its thermal efficiency by the replacement of the village hall’s single glazed doors and windows by double glazed units, new internal fire doors and replacement of guttering and facias all of which are in poor condition.
